Raymond L. Christ Jr., 75, passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. Born in Huntington, IN, Raymond worked as an outside plant engineer with GTE/Verizon for 39 years. He enjoyed camping, fishing, and being outdoors. Surviving are his wife of 28 years, Shari Christ of Roanoke, IN; daughters, Ann (Frank) Williams of Jacksonville, NC and Amy (Steve) Carney of Fort Wayne, IN; son, Andy (Holli) Christ of Franklin, TN; eight grandchildren, Alysa, Scott, Cale, Colin, Carson, Canan, Wyatt, and Dalton; great-grandson, Mason; brother, John (Jill) Christ of Fort Wayne, IN; and sisters, Nancy Kindler of Birmingham, AL and Kathy Hammel of Fort Wayne, IN. Raymond was preceded in death by father, Raymond L. Christ, Sr. and mother, Berniece Christ. A celebration of life gathering is 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Sunday, July 15, 2018 at D.O.
