Reva B. Edwards

Reva B. Edwards, 92, passed away on Monday, February 27, 2023 at Lutheran Hospital. Reva was born June 26, 1930 in Knox County, Kentucky, daughter to the late Pete R. and Martha E. (Davis) Baker. Reva worked as a teacher's assistant at Waynedale Elementary School, as well as working with the transportation department and working as an aide on handicap school busses. Surviving are her sons, Doug (Cheryl) Jackson and Carl (Andrea) Jackson; grandchildren, Corbin Jackson, Cheyanne Jackson, Casey Jackson, Angela Helms, Rachael Kelly, Michaele Thompson, Erin Zabolotney, Jeff Noll, Monica McComb, and Melanie Tombs; 20 great grandchildren; nine great great grandchildren; and sister, Betty Mendro. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Junior Edwards in 2018; son, Michael Jackson in 1992; and eight siblings. Visitation for Reva will be held Friday, March 3, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46809 with the funeral service beginning at 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
