Richard Allen Andrews, 60, passed away on Sunday, July 4, 2021 at Parkview Hospital. Richard was born November 6, 1960 in Decatur, IN to Albert LeRoy and Alice Evelyn (Krueckeberg) Andrews. He was a 1979 Adams Central High School Graduate and worked for a number of businesses throughout his life. Surviving are his mother; sisters, Cathy Morreale and Leann Fanning; nephews, Derek Morreale, Michael Morreale, Floyd Clark, Seth Fanning, and Trevor Fanning; and niece, Kaylyn Fanning. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his infant sisters, Christina and Lucinda. A private gathering will be held at a later date.
