Richard E. Crickmore

Richard E. Crickmore, age 94, of Fort Wayne, IN, passed away on Friday, February 22, 2019 at his residence. Mr. Crickmore was born on February 15, 1925 in Fort Wayne, IN to Frederick and Martha (Worley) Crickmore. Richard graduated from Southside High School. He served his country honorably with the United States Navy during the World War II. He married Georgene Francis Marx. He worked for Stratoflex INC. for many years as a Field Service Technician before retiring. Survivors include his children; James (Donna) Crickmore, Thomas (Cheryl) Crickmore, and Marsha (David) Anderson, 7 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Georgene Crickmore, and siblings, George, Roger, Carl Crickmore, and Doris Ford. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at D.O. McComb and Sons Funeral Home Lakeside Park, 1140 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46815. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 11am with calling one hour prior from 10am-11am at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park.
