RITA (RUTH) SPENCER, 82, of Fort Wayne, passed away Friday, Dec, 25, 2015. Rita worked as a Registered Nurse with the Visiting Nurse Services in Fort Wayne. Rita was a very creative and talented artist. Rita is survived by her children, Ann and Mark; and her grandson, Cody. She was preceded in death by her husband, Noah; and her sister, Marilyn.
