Robert "Bob" Fosnaugh

Robert Fosnaugh, 87, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on July 21, 2026. Robert was born in Monroe, Indiana on August 31, 1938, son of the late Arthur and Francille (Nidlinger) Fosnaugh.

Following high school graduation, Robert continued his education and became a CPA (Certified Public Accountant). A partner in the accounting firm, Ashman, Targgart, & Manion, Robert was known and appreciated for his outstanding and speedy work, often called Rapid Robert by those he served.

Robert built his life around his faith in God and his love for others. He loved to be with people and especially loved to serve.

He enjoyed good food and laughing around the dining table, but would often get caught jumping up to serve rather than linger.

Robert is survived by his son, Lane (Karen) Fosnaugh; daughter, DeLana (Ken) Millington; grandchildren, Joy (Ian) Arnold, Laura (Taylor) Flemming, Sarah Fosnaugh, and Heather Millington; great-grandchildren, Eden Flemming, Cedar Flemming and Caden Arnold. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Sharon (Westfall) Fosnaugh, granddaughter, Hope Millington; and daughter-in-law, Janelle Fosnaugh.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday, July 26, 2026, at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road Fort Wayne, Indiana 46809, with visitation one hour prior. He will be later laid to rest at Covington Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Church of the Nazarene World Missions fund.
