Bob was a part of some of my best childhood memories and I will never forget them. I'm also so grateful that my oldest son Thomas had the chance to meet Bob and spend time with him this past Spring. I'll miss you Bob and never will forget the joy you brought to my life.

I got to know Bob online, through our reading and writing of blogs. Bob's sense of humor always brightened my day. Though we never met in person, I consider him a friend. Bob was a true gentleman, and I know he will be missed by those of us that knew him online.

My condolences to his family and friends.

Bob and Donna befriended me when I was just 18 years old. We shared many common interests, and our friendship grew.

I'll always treasure my memories with this kind and honest man. I'd known him for a good deal of my adult life. I told Donna that I greatly admired his and her marriage - it was special.

I'll miss you, B. Enjoy the last, great adventure that you're currently embarking on. I know that you're having a blast.
