Robert W. Isenhour, 71, of Muncie, formerly of Fort Wayne, passed away on Wednesday, May 4, 2022. Born on December 13, 1950, in Fort Wayne, he was a son of the late Burton F. and Margaret J. (nee Runyan) Isenhour.
Robert retired from Zollner Pistons in 2003, after more than 31 years of service as an Industrial Engineer. He is survived by his wife of over 49 years, Dail (nee Strong) Isenhour; daughters, Christine J. (Scott) Benjamin, and Amanda T. (Alex) Bullion; granddaughters, Madisen Benjamin, Joscelen Benjamin, Annabelle Bullion, and Tristen Benjamin; grandsons, Kaden Benjamin, Romen Benjamin, and Avery Bullion; sisters, Peggy (Otto) Geurs, Carolyn (Robert) Dick and Mary Isenhour; and brothers, Richard (Karen) Isenhour, Dennis (Deborah) McCreary. He was also preceded in death by his step-mother, Muriel Isenhour; brother, David Isenhour; and sister-in-law, Jan Isenhour.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00am on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at D.O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 East Dupont Road, Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior. Calling will also take place from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00pm on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at the funeral home. He will be laid to rest in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Fort Wayne.
