Robert L. Short, 104 of Fort Wayne passed away Saturday, December 27, 2014. Born in Salem, Indiana, he was the son of the late Claude C. Short Sr. and Daisy E. (Miller) Short. He married Loretta (Bradway) Short on June 6, 1936. He was a former member of the West Creighton Christian Church in Fort Wayne, and a current member of the First Christian Church in Fort Wayne. He was a retired employee of the General Electric, where he worked for 43 years.
Survivors include: Son: Donald L. (Barbara) Short of Normal, IL; Grandson: Ryan E. (Lori) Short; Granddaughter: Mary M. Short; Great Grandchildren: Brendan R. and Andrew P. Short. He was preceded in death by 6 brothers and 3 sisters.
Memorial Contributions: First Christian Church in Fort Wayne, and the Visiting Nurse Hospice Home
