Roberta “Robbie” L. Fisher, 70, passed away on Saturday, July 16, 2022, in Huntertown, Indiana, at her daughter’s home. She was born January 14, 1952 in Muncie, Indiana, the daughter of the late Robert and Vonnie Shouse.
Roberta had been working at B.F. Goodrich, with 30 years of service at the time of her passing. She truly loved her job and her work family. Roberta enjoyed spending time with her family, especially the grandchildren, and going to Waldron, Lake in Rome City.
She is survived by her daughter, Robin (Marcus) Ihrie of Huntertown, IN; son, Donald Logan of Indiana; sister, Cathy Shouse of Muncie, IN; and brothers, Bobby Shouse of Muncie, IN, and John Shouse of MO; 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren, with one on the way. Roberta was preceded in death by her husband, Rick Fisher in 2010; son, Troy Logan; and daughter, Lorie Haire.
A funeral service to honor Roberta's life will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, July 22, 2022, at D.O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Road, Fort Wayne, with visitation one hour prior. Visitation will also take place from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Thursday, July 21, 2022, at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest at I.O.O.F. Cemetery, New Haven, Indiana.
