Ronald David Collins

I am heartbroken to announce the passing of my father, Ronald David Collins, of Warsaw, IN. He sadly left us on January 14, 2023 at Bethlehem Woods Nursing Facility in Fort Wayne, IN. Dave was born March 22, 1961 in Berea Kentucky. He is survived by his brother, Oren “Lee” Collins; sister, Kelly (Dave) Zachrich; daughter, Casey (Travis) Franz; and grandchildren, Arianna Worden, Jaxton Franz, and Connor Franz. Dave loved spending time with his beloved dog Frankie and visiting his grandsons. He will be greatly missed by all of us.
A Celebration of Life for Dave will be held at a later date.
