She was a graduate of South Side High School Class of 1964. She was a Home Mortgage Closer. Roxanna attended Emmanuel Lutheran Church. She enjoyed reading, cross stitching and dancing. She was a strong independent woman who loved to travel and enjoyed life.
Roxanna is survived by her son, Jeffrey S. (Danielle) Newman, of Fort Wayne; two grandsons, Andrew S. and Nathan T. Newman; brothers Michael Kellermeyer, Fredrick Fryback; a sister, Tracey Parker.
She was preceded in death by her sisters, Peggy Roberts, Linda Maiden; a brother, Brent Fryback; her parents, Robert VanOsdale and Bonnie Mountz.
