Dearest Cook family,
You have my deepest sympanthy on the loss of your mother.  She was one special lady, telling those drug dealers and hoodlums to get out of her neighborhood, working all those years at Lincoln Libray, feeding animals in her niehgborhood but most of all how special she was to you.
We had fun when our families got together with the Graues. 
I end with it isn't easy loosing a loved one but it is hardest loosing a mom, I know my mom died in 1886, I was 28 and I still miss her today.  
Remember, she is with Jesus now and your dad (what a character)and your brother Jeffery.

Family of Ruth, that was the perfect picture. She always had a smile. I worked at Lincoln Life. The history that she knew and shared was fantastic. I'm so glad I knew her. God needed another Angel...rest on Ruth you deserve it.  My prayers to the family.

I am so sorry to hear of Ruth's passing.  She will be missed at the next PHS reunion in October.  I am sure she is in heaven right now, telling funny stories to God and making him smile.
