Ruth Margaret Weisman

RUTH M. HOHAM WEISMAN, 84, of Fort Wayne, passed away Friday, Aug. 28, 2015, at her residence. Born in Fort Wayne, Ruth was a homemaker; a graduate of Ball State University and a member of Trinity English Lutheran Church; Settlers; and Pi Beta Phi Sorority. Surviving are her sons, Daniel O. (Doris) Weisman of Indianapolis and Gregg F. (Amy) Weisman of Fort Wayne; daughter, Anne Marie Weisman of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Bryan R.Weisman and April M. Weisman; and sister, Ellen Spearman of Colorado Springs, Colo. She was preceded in death by husband, Richard O. Weisman; parents, Frederick D. and Elma D. (Dixon) Hoham; brother, Fred Hoham; and sister, Jane (Hoham) Allen. Service is 3 p.m. Friday, Sept. 11, 2015, in the Krauss Chapel of Trinity English Lutheran Church, 450 West Washington St., with calling from 2 p.m. Calling also from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 10, 2015, at D.O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Road. Burial in Lindenwood Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Trinity English Lutheran Church or Heartland Hospice.
