Sally Alison King went to be with her Lord and Savior and was completely healed from every illness and affliction on Monday March 9, 2026. She was born in Warsaw, IN as a beloved daughter to Connie King and Paul King. She was also the beloved sibling of Vanessa (Marc) Rich, Daniel King and Zachary King. In her homegoing, she was reunited with her son Joshua Luke.
Sally had a Bachelors of Science degree, an Associates degree in Business Administration, and an Associates degree in Computer Information Systems. She enjoyed praying, walking, art (especially watercolor), reading, crocheting, cooking, health and nutrition, finances, sewing and traveling.
Sally had many afflictions in this life but she remained strong in her faith in the Lord and refused to get angry or bitter at God. She was also an incredible example of perseverance and resilience. Her homegoing is an incredibly happy event for her and for us, even though we will miss her very much.
Sally loved bright and happy colors and wouldn't want people to wear black at her homegoing celebration. If you will be attending the calling or service, you could honor Sally by wearing whatever bright or happy colors you have. Sally also had a heart for missions and contributed regularly to missionaries.
In lieu of flowers, you could contribute towards any missions organization or missionaries that are proclaiming the Biblical gospel of Jesus Christ.
Visitation will be from 10:30 am until 12:00 pm on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at the D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Home - Covington Knolls, 8325 Covington Road (46804). A Celebration of Life Service will follow the visitation at 12:00 pm Wednesday.
Sally will be laid to rest in Concordia Gardens Cemetery - Lake Avenue following services.
Fond memories of Sally may be shared at www.mccombandsons.com for the family.
