She was a 1963 graduate of South Side High School. On October 31, 1986, she married the love of her life, Nick Shively, in Las Vegas. The two spent many cherished years together, creating lasting memories that will forever be treasured. Sandra was a kind-hearted soul, who would do anything for anyone. Her dedication to helping others was reflected in her 25 years of service as a customer service manager for Valspar Paint. She also enjoyed bartending for over 16 years at American Legion post #241 in which she was a member. Her generosity and compassion will never be forgotten by those who had the pleasure of knowing Sandra.
Sandra is survived by her husband, Nick Shively; sister, Lori Casiano; sister-in-law, Karen Harris; niece, April Lee; and nephew, Randy B. Harris. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Randy Harris.
A celebration of life hosted by the family will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made in Sandra’s honor to the Alzheimer’s Association.
