Scott A. Saalfrank, 44, of Fort Wayne, died on August 20, 2013. He was a member of St. Joseph Hessen Cassel Catholic Church, Fort Wayne, and was a project manager for C&A Tool. “Scott was a loving husband and father who enjoyed spending time with his family, and his hobby, RC Airplanes”
He is also survived by his wife, Karla Saalfrank; mother, Beverly Smith; children, Brett, Zack, Katie, and Mark Saalfrank; siblings, Angie (Todd) Hendrickson, and Doug (Heidi) Saalfrank; and grandparents, Richard and Ida Griebel. He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Saalfrank; and grandparents, Wilmer and Betty Saalfrank.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 AM Saturday, August 24, at St. Joseph Hessen Cassel Catholic Church, 11337 Old US 27 S., Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior. Calling will also be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM Friday August 23, at Klaehn, Fahl and Melton Funeral Homes, Winchester Road Chapel, 6424 Winchester Road, Fort Wayne. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Memorial donations may be given to the family or to masses.
