Sethe graduated from The Crossing High School in 2012. He worked alongside his father at Ron Dierkes and Sons for more than 10 years, where he took great pride in the family business and in working side by side with his dad.
Sethe had a generous heart and gave his time to help others whenever he could. He volunteered with organizations including Brightpoint, United Way, and Mental Health America, among many others throughout the community. Sethe believed in helping people and was always willing to lend a hand to someone in need.
He loved the outdoors and found peace spending time in the woods, camping, and enjoying nature. He also had a deep love for animals and a gentle spirit that showed in the way he cared for them.
Sethe was known for his witty humor and being kindhearted, loyal, and devoted to the people he loved. Family meant everything to him.
Above all else, Sethe was a proud and devoted father. His son, Jackson, was his entire world—his greatest joy, his priority, and the person who meant the most to him. Being Jackson’s dad was the role he cherished most, and the love they shared will forever remain a part of those who knew them.
Sethe is survived by his son, Jackson Dierkes; father, Ronald (Carol) Dierkes; mother, Tracie (Steve Doan) Chiddister; sister, Kendall Dierkes; brother, Skyler (Alex) Dierkes; grandfather, Jerry Chiddister; uncle, Todd (Dawn Fair) Chiddister, Aunt Janeen (Tom) Parrish; nephews, Maxwell Dierkes and Leo Dierkes; and cousins, TJ Parrish and Jordan Chiddister.
