Sharon Kay Kokosa passed away peacefully at Parkview Hospital Randallia on February 26, 2026, at the age of 75. Sharon was born on October 11, 1950, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to the late John and Mary Margaret (née Broom) Kokosa.
Sharon was baptized at the Church, of the Savior Lutheran Church where she remained a member until its closing. She was a resident of Saint Anne Community Homes for over 30 years.
Sharon enjoyed Bingo, craft activities, and outings, especially when she could have french fries. She looked forward to family visits and gatherings. She was always appreciative and saying "Thank You" to those who provided her care and took time to talk with her.
Sharon leaves to cherish precious memories to her siblings, Helen Parrott, John (Cora) Kokosa, twin, Robert Kokosa, and Shirley (Ric) Heeter and Susan (Brian) Hehr; several nieces, nephews; and other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by her brother-in-law, David Parrott.
A Funeral Celebrating her life will be 1:00 PM Thursday, March 5, 2026, at D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Homes - Foster Park, 6301 Fairfield Ave. (46807) with visitation two hours prior to services. Pastor Daniel Bair, officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
