Passed away at home on Thursday, Nov. 21, 2013 at 12:30 p.m. after a long battle with lung disease. Shelby was a gentle man but also a strong man. Shelby was loved by many. Shelby is proceeded in death by the love of his life, his wife, Frances (Miller) Kincaid, son, Richard Miller and sister, Darnell Noroit. He is survived by his brother, Roy Kincaid (Sharon), sisters, Edna Ward (Mike), June Lotti, Aloise Miller (Mike), three sons, Brian Beaty, Kennth Kincaid (Tracie), Marc Kincaid (Jennifer) and daughter, Angela Bell, 15 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Calling will be held at C.M. Sloan and sons Funeral Home 1327 Wells St. in Fort Wayne on Monday November 25 from 4-7pm.
