Sheridan S Hause Vinson

Sheridan Vinson, 69, passed away Sunday, June 11, 2017 at St. Joseph Hospital in Fort Wayne. Born in Fort Wayne, Sheridan worked as a Phlebotomist Supervisor with Quest Diagnostic for 20 years. She loved the ocean and her family was her life. She enjoyed spending time with the ones she loved the most. Surviving are her daughters, Sonia Richmond and Lisa (Neal) Griffin both of Fort Wayne; son Scott (Anna) Vinson of Fort Wayne; sisters, Kathleen D (Jay) Miller of Albion, Frieda A Saylor of Broad Head, KY, Rebecca (Charles) Thomas of NC, Sheila Geiger of Fort Wayne, Judy K (Lynn) Paul of Fort Wayne; 18 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; special sister-in-law, Connie Vinson of Fort Wayne; sister-in-law, Joyce (Richard) Kelley of Fort Wayne; brother-in-law, Dewayne (Clara) Vinson of Fort Wayne; many loving nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Sheridan was preceded in death by mother, Patricia A Hause; step-father, Byron Hause; father, Vern Wormcastle; husband, Kenneth Vinson; son-in-law, Mark Richmond; and brother, Raymond Wormcastle; brotherl-in-laws, John Vinson Jr,, Dave Saylor, and Joseph Geiger. Service is 11:00 am, Saturday, June 17, 2017 at - D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Avenue with Reverend David Croucher officiating. Calling at - D.O.
