Shirley F. Moffett, 69, of Fort Wayne passed away on Monday, December 5, 2016. She was born on September 28, 1947 in Humboldt, Tennessee, a daughter of the late John and Hallie (Flatt) Moffett. She worked as an insurance agent for many years. She enjoyed art, bingo, cooking, and spoiling her nieces. She was a member of the Independent Full Gospel Church in Ashley, IN. Surviving family include her sister, Charlene Brunson (Gary), and nieces, Grace and Hannah Brunson all of Auburn, IN; Aunts, Carol Moffett of Kendallville, IN and Ola Flatt of Huntsville, AL. There will be no services at this time. Inurnment will be in Highland Park Cemetery, Fort Wayne. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the DeKalb Animal Shelter.
