SKYLAR ANN BLAIR, infant daughter of Joseph J. and Misty J. Blair of Fort Wayne, passed away on Tuesday, June 11, 2013.at Parkview Hospital. Also survived by her brother; Ashton J Blair, Grandparents; Joseph E. Blair, Robert E. Dick, Caren Sue Richie, Vicky Kenseth all of Fort Wayne. Services 10:00 a.m. Saturday June 15, 2013 at C.M. Sloan and Sons Funeral Home with visitation 1 hr prior to service. also at C.M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home, 1327 N. Wells St. Burial will be in Lindenwood Cemetery.
