She was born in Fort Wayne, IN on Februrary 3, 1923, the daughter of the late Alex and Stella Sienkiewicz.
Stephanie worked at GTE for over 36 years as a telephone operator. She was a member of St. Jude’s Catholic Church. In her spare time she enjoyed gardening.
Surviving are her nieces and nephews; Mike (Jo) Sienk, Mary Anne (Lonnie) Frank, Mark (Alice) Sienk.
Stephanie was preceded in death by one sister and three brothers and her parents.
Graveside service will take place on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at 11 :30 am at the Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne, IN.
