Steve was a great friend to us, the Kansas All Stars Beep Baseball Team for the Blind. Every time he came out to see us he ended up helping us in several ways, on the field boosting morale and giving us a winning attitude. And unfortunately, off the field, beating us at cards. So very sad. Steve was one of the first people I met when moving to CA. He made me feel very welcome.We played some wicked volleyball and shared a lot of laughs.

Gail,Mike & Laurie, I lived with Steve for 2 years in Corte Madera. We were inseparable. It felt like 10 years and a brotherhood. My heart goes out to you guys and godspeed.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Steven's passing. Although all of our lives have changed through the years,  I always kept a special place in my heart for my friend Steve. At his best, he was funny, smart & a fiercely loyal friend. May his soul rest in peace.

It was a dare from Steve that got my husband to hit on me, 21 years ago. He will always have a special place in my heart. So sorry to hear he is gone so young.
