I am so sorry for your Loss. Steve and I were good friends in High School. Of course we had lost contact after school but did run into each other once and a great while. Your Dad was a great man. I am sorry that I didn't attend his funeral but I just found out about it today from Tom Yost.

Angie, Matt and family,

We want to let you know how sorry we are to hear about the passing of your Dad. May the love of your Dad and your memories comfort all of you in the days to come.

We all have our own memories of Uncle Shive, Aunt Adella and Stevie (as I called him), getting together at family gatherings, etc. and we cherish them.

But now, realizing that we hadn't seen each other for longest time, has saddened us! If only, we would have continued getting together as adults as we did when we were younger.

Although, my memories of cousins playing together and sharing secrets always makes me smile!

May God comfort all of you!

I have enjoyed getting to know Steve for the last few years. When he brought his taxes over, we always seemed to talk for quite awhile. We weren't old friends but never lacked for topics to discuss. I will always remember him fondly. To Steve's family, I am sorry for your loss. May God uplift you and comfort you during this time of sorrow. Will be praying for the family.
