Susan Francine “Chicago Sue” Balog, 57 of Fort Wayne, passed on Friday, June 13, 2014. She was born to the late Henry and Donna Balog on February 2, 1957. Susan was a nurse for several years and was a member of Club Oasis. Surviving are her daughters Amy, Kristin, and Karyn; siblings Chris, Dave, Jeannine, Rick and Sue; grandchildren McKenzie, Alexandra, Soreynah, and Savannah. Funeral service will be at C.M.
