She married her husband, Jerry Chappell on February 21, 1997.
Susan is survived by her daughter, Jennifer (Cortney) Wilson, of Fishers, IN; grandsons, Jerell, Cole and Cameron Wilson; a son, Jarred (Katie) Chappell, grandsons, Jakoby, Karter and Zayne Chappell, all of Fort Wayne, IN; her mother, Millie Boyle, of Tolono, IL; a brother, Roger Kramer, of Metcalf, IL; two step-sisters, Chris Dillavou and Dixie Phillips; a niece, Darce Dillavou, all of Tolono, IL.
Susan was preceded in death by her husband in 1998 and her father Del Boyle in 2006.
