Suzanne Jiacomin

Suzanne Jiacomin, age 76, passed away peacefully on March 11, 2026, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, surrounded by the love of her family.

Suzanne was born on October 28, 1949, in Artesia, California. She lived a life devoted to her family and will be remembered for her warmth, strength, kindness, and unwavering love for those closest to her.

She is survived by her loving husband, Albert Joseph Jiacomin Jr.; her children, Tina Marie Jiacomin-Urquhart, Joseph Albert Jiacomin (Danielle Jiacomin), and Christina Rose Bova (Dr. Benjamin Bova); her siblings, Christine Smith and Tim Johnson (Cheryl Johnson); and she was the loving aunt to 18 nieces and nephews.

Suzanne was a proud and devoted grandmother to Ashley Marie Urquhart-Andriopoulos (Nick Andriopoulos), James Joseph Urquhart (Amy Urquhart), Andrea Alexa Urquhart-Drangsholt (Curt Drangsholt), Isabelle Avery Jiacomin, Aidan Albert Jiacomin, Rachel Marie Bova, and Alexander Benjamin Bova.

Her legacy of love continues through her cherished great-grandchildren: Aidan James Urquhart, Olivia Rose Urquhart, Cameron Joseph Drangsholt, Donovan James Urquhart, Colton Thomas Andriopoulos, Audrey Isabella Drangsholt, and Harrison James Andriopoulos.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Florence (Peg) Gertrude Smith Johnson; her father, George Byron Johnson; and her brother, Phillip Johnson (Melissa Johnson).

Suzanne found great joy in life’s simple and meaningful moments. She loved crafts, cooking, and bringing her family together for holiday gatherings. Time spent with her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren was her greatest happiness, and she created many cherished memories that will live on through them.

Suzanne’s love, kindness, and devotion to her family will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.

A Celebration of Suzanne's Life will be 3:00 PM Saturday, March 21, 2026 at the D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Homes - Pine Valley, 1320 E. Dupont Road, (46825) with visitation two hours prior to service.
