Suzanne Klug

Suzanne Klug, 73, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Monday, September 17, 2018 at her residence. Mrs. Klug was born on June 28, 1945 in Fort Wayne, to the late Bernard and Virginia Franklin. Suzanne graduated from North Side High School in Fort Wayne. In May of 1978, she married the love of her life Robert G. Klug in Fort Wayne. Suzanne was a homemaker and loved spending time with her family, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and loved ones. In her earlier years, she worked for her parents at the Candle Light restaurant in Fort Wayne. Later, she worked as a notation specialist for disabled students at Ivy Tech Community College. She had a loving heart and would take care of animals and strays. Survivors include her daughters; Tina (Robert) Perkins and Carole Cox, Son; Thomas Dennis, 7 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, sisters; Judy Demaree, Linda Alles, and Toni (Joe) Folds, brothers; Mike (Cathie) Franklin, and Rick Franklin. Suzanne was preceded in death by her parents, husbands; Ralph W. Weikart, Joseph A. Dennis, and Robert G. Klug, sister, Kathy Protsman, brother-in-law, Paul Demaree, sister-in-law, Sara Franklin and a nephew, Jerry Smith. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46805. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at 9:30am at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home. Burial will take place at Catholic Cemetery in Fort Wayne. Officiating the mass will be Father Joseph W. Gaughan.
