Tammy L. Stein

Tammy Louise Stein 62, native of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 surrounded by her loved ones. She was born a daughter to the late Thomas and Ruth Stanford on July 13, 1961.

She attended Lakeland School Corporation and later received her associates’ degree in nursing from IPFW. Tammy was a beloved LPN to many medical providers.

She was of the Catholic Faith and enjoyed life to its fullest. She loved to fish, cook, sing, dance and spend time with family and friends.

She was also preceded in death by her beloved husband, Donald Paul Stein in 2015.

Precious memories of Tammy will live on in the hearts of her children, Nicholas (Andrea) Wisel, Dre (Susan) Hoskins, Jaclyn (Michael) Solari and Joshua (Lauren) Stein; her brothers, Jeff (Tracy) Stanford and Tommy Stanford; her sister, Kathy Meade; her 7 grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Private services will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2023 at 10:00am at The Catholic Cemetery 3500 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805.
