Teosha Lanae Scott, 38, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away August 6, 2026. She was born November 6, 1987, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, daughter to Ferdie Scott and Michael Wells. Teosha worked for a local utility company in data entry. She is survived by her mother; father; son, Ronald Scott - Ward; siblings, Willie Scott, Tekee Scott, Tasshay Scott, Michael Simpson, Kristle Cann, Tahisha Johnson, Katreece Wells, Tiffany Simpson, and Leah Simpson; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Domonique Simpson. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on September 3, 2026, from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm at Lakeside Park, Pavillion 2, 1401 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46805.
