Terry Lee Allison, age 77, of Defiance, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2024, at Canterbury Nursing Facility, Fort Wayne, IN. Terry was born in Defiance, OH on August 2,1946. He graduated in 1964 from Defiance High School and continued on to receive an Associates Degree form Northwest State Community College. Terry worked as a mechanical engineer for Special Trucks for many years. He enjoyed woodworking, sailing, restoring cars, traveling, coaching hockey, and was actively involved in a barbershop chorus. Terry was married to Linda Allison on July 14, 1984 in Clear Lake, IN. They were married for 38 years.
Terry is survived by his son, Dennis Allison; his daughter, Trina Abrams; his step-daughter, Christy Heine; his granddaughter, Elizabeth Ferguson; his grandson, Brayden Roush; his sister, Barbara (Allan) Fackler and many nieces and nephews.
Terry was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Allison; his step-son, Brian Heine; his parents, Robert J. and Wilma R. (Buckmaster) Allison; his sister, Connie Beardsley. Per Terry's wishes, there will be no services. Arrangements are entrusted to Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services-Mungovan.
