Terry Lee Hammel

Terry Lee Hammel, 72, of Fort Wayne passed away on Friday, July 19, 2019. He was born on October 3, 1946 in Biloxi, Mississippi. He served in the Air National Guard. He worked for Magnavox and Roush Industries. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, antique cars, high wheel bikes, and especially spending time with his family. Surviving family include his wife, Sandy Hammel; son, Tim (Anna) Hammel; daughter, Pam Curdes; mother, Arlene Hammel; grandchildren, Tristan (Amaris) DeFord, Lindsey (fiancé-Shawn Adams) Curdes, Abby (fiancé-Lucas Baughman) Curdes, Cheyenne Price; great grandchild, Jansen DeFord, and one more on the way, Raelynn DeFord; and a sister, Brenda Rittenhouse. Terry was preceded in passing by his father, Richard P. "Dick" Hammel; sisters, Crystal and Lynette Hammel; and a brother, Rodney Hammel.
