Terry, dad, is sorely missed. He is happier now than he has ever been. He is crappie fishing with Jesus!!! I will never forget him and Judy, mom, going up to our campground. We all loved having cookouts, playing cards, campfires, and going for golf cart rides. We got dad a patriotic cowboy hat with a shirt. He wore the outfit proudly to our campground on the fourth of July weekend. Most of all we loved talking. We would talk about politics all the time, luckily for us we had the same political ideas as dad. My favorite conversation was when I was talking about Jesus. Dad was listening so intently and eating up every single word about how wonderful Jesus is and about the promises we have when he is our Lord and savior. When I went to see him in the hospital we would both tell each other “I love you”. I also asked him if Jesus is his Lord and savior. Dad said yes. I asked him to say out loud that Jesus is his Lord and savior. He then stated that “Jesus is my Lord and savior.” This is why I know without a doubt that dad is in Jesus’s loving arms. If we believe in our heart and confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord then we will be with him forever!!!

To my earthly father, mentor and friend. Pop was tough but fair and always had advice or encouraging words when needed. God, in his perfect wisdom, gave me the gift of him. I cherish all the memories I have of him until we meet again in the presence of Jesus. I love you pop and will never be able to fill void I feel in my heart.

I only saw Uncle Terry every few years at family reunions, but I will remember the way he would whistle through his teeth. He was always doing it. Also, I can picture him setting up a music stand with his book full of songs to play his guitar. He was an impressive musician. He will be missed.

Terry was my first friend. We grew up on farms about a mile apart. We attended all l2 grades together, including the first two at a one-room, rural schoolhouse called Hopewell. Terry was a kind and generous person given to a fair amount of athletic prowess. I remember one freshman basketball game where he scored 3l points at Fremont. He injured a knee i believe in high school and never reached his full potential as a ball player. I cant remember his ever dating another girl other than Judy. I liked Terry a lot and am extremely sadden by his passing. Rest well, big guy.

Judy. I never meant your husband, but still I am so sorry for your loss. You were so good to me when my son passed. I will always remember your compassion at that time. Hugs my co- worker and friend.
