Thelma I Hill

Thelma L. Hill, 98 passed away Saturday June 26, 2021 at St. Anne Home and Retirement Community in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born March 31, 1923 in Cumberland, WI, to the late Harry A. and Esther D. Marsh. Thelma graduated from Sidney High School in 1941. She was the Cafeteria Supervisor at Mutual Security and retired in 1981. On April 19, 1947, she married Alvie J. Hill at Simpson United Methodist Church in Fort Wayne. She was a member of the former Forest Park United Methodist Church.

Thelma is survived by her children Judith (Sam) Calvin of Sun Prairie, WI; Gary J. Hill of Austin, TX; Dennis W. (Tami) Hill of Villa Rica, GA; Kent A. Hill of New Haven, IN; seven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren brother in law Glenn (Mary Alice) Hill of Franklin, NC; sister in law Mary Louise Hill of Delaware Ohio and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 71 years Alvie J. Hill, brothers Howard, Arthur, Roger, Robert, Harry, and a granddaughter Sage E. Hill.

Funeral Service will be 1pm Saturday July 3, 2021 at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home 1140 Lake Ave. Fort Wayne, IN with visitation two hours prior at the funeral home.
