LENNY'S LIFE JOURNEY

Thomas "Lenny" Suggs was born on June 1, 1962, in Fort Wayne, Indiana to the late, Wilmer J. Suggs and Willie G. Davis. Lenny departed this life at 9:06 p.m. on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, to begin his afterlife.

Lenny was raised in a Christian home, and his days on earth were filled with life, love, and laughter. He worked many years in the healthcare field as a housekeeping supervisor in various nursing homes in the Fort Wayne area. He loved to bowl like his mother, Wilmer. He also loved to sing and party with his children and family. He just knew he was Bobby Brown.

Lenny was a father, son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend to many and will most definitely be missed.

He leaves to cherish his memories to his six children, Suemikeo (Wykita) Underwood, Lenny Underwood, Quantrel Adams, Porshia Adams, Tylor Trombley of Arizona and Kavianna Suggs; five siblings, Nancy (Greg) Ganaway, Rita Suggs and Vertise Suggs of Inglewood, California; Janice Tate and Barbara Wallace; a host of grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

Lenny was also preceded in death by his brothers, Charles Suggs, Gary and Clifford Davis; and a sister, Gloria Peoples.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
