Trudy Lynn King of Ft. Wayne, IN, passed away peacefully in her home on December 15th, 2024, at the age of 75. Trudy was born June 11, 1949, in Pauling, Ohio. She later graduated from Elmhurst High School in Ft. Wayne, IN in 1968. She spent her career working for and later retired from I&M.
Trudy's day to day hobbies included crossword puzzles and word searches. In her spare time, she loved traveling, Paris being one of her favorite destinations. Her family and close friends were one of the important things to her. She was close to her brother, David, as well as her niece, nephew, and the great nieces and nephew, always making sure to call and check in when visiting wasn't an option just to let you know she was thinking about you and that she cared.
Survivors include her brother, David King, of Ft. Wayne; Sister-in-law, Patricia King, of Ft. Wayne; Great Nephew, Alexander King, of Ft. Wayne; Great Niece, Hailey King, of Ft. Wayne, Great Niece, Sarah King, Ft. Wayne.
She is proceeded in death by her parents, Raymond and Evelyn King.
In place of flowers the family has requested donations be made in Trudy's memory to the humane society due to her love of dogs.
