In his spare time, he had a steady way of making others feel welcomed and was always ready to lend a hand. With a kind and gentle spirit, Wayne was known for helping the kids in the neighborhood—patiently fixing bikes, neighbors' lawn mowers, and cars—and for offering that same care to anyone who needed it. He also enjoyed spending time at the lake. His love extended naturally to animals as well; he cherished his dog, Miya, and was a devoted lover of all animals. Above all, Wayne loved his family very much.
Wayne is survived by his wife of 36 years, Lana; his step-son, Steve Robb; and his brothers, Chad Foster, Dennis Foster, Bryan Foster, and Tim (Tina) Foster.
Wayne was preceded in death by his son, Christopher Wayne Foster; his brother, Steven Foster; and his sister, Crystal Foster.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family of Wayne, in honor of him.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
