

Willard James Warwick, JR., 60, of Fort Wayne, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Friday, July 25, 2014. He graduated from St. Joseph's College. He was a financial advisor with Raymond James. "Willard was a family man and was an incredible husband, father, grandfather, and friend." He was our Rock! His gardening community knew him as an avid gardener and called him "pepperman". He was a peace activist, was passionate about every aspect of his life, and will be remembered as a man of great integrity. Surviving family include his wife, Peggy Warwick; children, Eric J. Warwick, Gina M. (Ben) Higginbotham, Patrick C. (Josie) Warwick; grandchildren, Mason, Cruz, Crosby, Mailey; siblings, Benita Murphy, Patricia Steele, and John Warwick. He was preceded in passing by his parents, Willard James and Conception (Aquero) Warwick, Sr. A Memorial service is from 3 to 4 p.m. Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at Trinity English Lutheran Church, 405 West Wayne St., Fort Wayne with a gathering of family and friends from noon to 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the grandchildren's educuation fund, c/o Peggy Warwick.
