William R. "Bill" Falbe

William R. "Bill" Falbe, 82, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2024. Bill was born on March 8, 1942 in Muskegon, Michigan, a son of the late Russell and Evelyn (Vanderstelt) Falbe. He worked as a Quality Control Manager in Supplier Assurance at Dana Corporation. After retirement, he joined Team Industries. He was a car enthusiast who was always looking for his next new vehicle. He enjoyed all things lake life. He also enjoyed watching University of Michigan football. Surviving family include his ex-wife, Judy Falbe; daughter, Karen (Andy) Morthorst; granddaughters, Christina (Rene) Aguirre and Emily (James) Wyss; grandson, Jack Morthorst; sister, Carol Franklin; brother, Gary (Carolyn) Falbe; and sister-in-law, Dee Falbe. Besides his parents, he was preceded in passing by his son, Eric Falbe; granddaughters, Victoria and Skylar Falbe; sister, Nancy Petty; brother, Robert Falbe; and daughter-in-law, Carrie (Getsinger) Falbe. A memorial prayer service will be 6:00 pm on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at Greenlawn Funeral Home, 6750 Covington Road, Fort Wayne with a gathering of family and friends beginning at 4:00 pm.
