As Gary and Shirley said, Bill and Gratia were next cottage neighbors in Bay View, and there was always a friendly greeting whenever we left the cottage or arrived back there. I regret that other obligations will prevent me from making the trek to Fort Wayne, as I did for Pat's service. Know that my prayers will be with you and all the Kemp family.

What a great Bay View neighbor Bill was. Always a kind word while sitting on the red porch glider. We wish those who loved him the comfort and peace of our Lord. You are in our prayers.
