She was born in Greensburg, Pennsylvania on March 4th, 1947. Adella graduated from Tarrant County Junior College and became an Registered Nurse Aid.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Isabel Franzo Scarpa and Nicholas F. Scarpa; her siblings Rose Marie Baylor, Frank Scarpa, and Lawrence Scarpa.
She is survived by her children and their spouse: Sean and Tara Reagan, Teresa and Michael McBride; her grandchildren Amber Reagan, Randy Reagan, Nicholas Reagan, Connor and Faith McBride, Collin McBride, and Corbin McBride; and her brother Nick Scarpa of Greensburg, Pennsylvania.
