

Aileen Rebecca Wheeler, 69, passed away on May 30, 2017 with her family by her side. She was born on May 2, 1948 in Pittsburg, Texas, to Lavella and Rachel Peckham. She was born and raised in East, Texas with her 6 siblings but later moved to Fort Worth, Texas. There is where she met and later married the lover of her life Frankie Wheeler on October 10, 1966. Aileen took the role of being a mother to her three daughters. She spent majority of her life as a waitress at Old South Pancake House. Later, becoming an office manager and secretary for Frankie’s trucking company. Nonetheless, her proudest tittle was being a mother and grandmother to her children and grandchildren.
Aileen interests including shopping, gambling, watching horse races, and playing with her grandchildren. She was the most loving, caring, and giving person anyone knew. She devoted much of her time and energy as a caregiver to her family. Her charm and smile enlightened any given moment and will be missed greatly.
She is survived by her husband Frankie Wheeler ; three sisters Ruth, Mona, and Loretta; one brother Allen Peckham; three daughters Cheryl Holder (son-in-law Danny Holder), Vicky Pratt, and Judy Sanders; six grandchildren Randall, Misty (husband Austin Peterson), Calvin, Dakota, Lauren, and Haley; six great-grandchildren Shelby, Randi, Emmah, Jayden, Brayden, and Logan. As well as, many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her parents Lavella and Rachel Peckham; brothers Jerry and Perry Packham;and her grandson Daniel Holder.
Services will be held May 02, 2017 at 5:00pm -8:00pm for visitation. Funeral Service will be May 3, 2017 at 10:00 am following the committal service. All services will be held at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel at 7301 E Lancaster Fort Worth, Texas 76112
