Mrs. Alice Reyes

Mrs. Alice Reyes was born on September, 1st 1933, born in Victoria, Texas, The daughter of, Yisadoro and Nicolasa Balli. Alice passed away at the age of 89, of Westworth Village, Texas passed away on Thursday, May 4, 2023. Alice was retired from Civil Service after 30 years. She was a devoted Catholic and attended Catholic School during her school days. She was an amazing cook and an amazing baker. She was fond of sewing and loved spending time with her kids and grandkids. In September of 1949, Alice married the love of her life, Manuel Reyes.

Alice is survived by children: John Manuel Reyes (Della), Mary Alice Reyes-Murnin, Herbert Reyes (Helen), Irene Reyes-Vargas (Raul Vargas Jr.).

She is preceded in death by: Husband of 73 years, Manuel Reyes. Daughters; Mary Linda Reyes-Saldivar, Mary Lydia "Gigi" Reyes-Medina and Son In Law Thomas Medina, Including five of her brothers.

Pallbearers': Joseph Murnin, Caleb Rendon, Edward Reyes, John Rusling, Thomas Vargas, Tj Vargas, Raul Vargas III ,Joshua Rivera.

Honorary Pallbearers: Justin Moyle.

She will be greatly missed by her family.

A visitation for Alice will be held Friday, May 19, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at 9651 - Laurel Land FH - Ft Worth-Chapel of Chimes, 7100 CROWLEY RD, FORT WORTH, TX 76134. A funeral service will occur Friday, May 19, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, 7100 CROWLEY RD, FORT WORTH, TX 76134. A committal service will occur Friday, May 19, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Laurel Land Memorial Park - FW, 7100 CROWLEY RD, FORT WORTH, TX 76134.
