Alletha Clower Stamps

May 12, 1947 – October 10, 2026

Alletha “Let” Stamps, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend, passed away on October 10, 2026. Born on May 12, 1947, in St. Louis, Missouri, she was the daughter of Willie Stamps and Sallie Clower Sims.

Alletha will be remembered for her warm spirit, beautiful smile, kindness, and the memories she created with those who knew and loved her. Throughout her life, she worked in several roles, including factory employee, security guard, and nursing home aide. Her life was marked by the relationships she built and the love she shared with family and friends.

Her greatest legacy is the family she leaves behind: six children, fifteen grandchildren, and twenty-four great-grandchildren, whose lives are forever connected to hers. She is also remembered with love by her siblings and her longtime friends.

Alletha’s memory will live on through the stories shared, the laughter remembered, and the love carried forward by generations of family. Though she will be deeply missed, those who loved her will forever cherish the blessing of having shared her life.
