

Angela K. Jordan, age 54, of Fort Worth, Texas departed from this world to the next at 11:55AM on May 20, 2021. Beloved wife of almost 24 years has proceeded those that dearly loved her into the Celestial City and entered into the joy of her Lord and Savior, received with shouts of joy. No more pain, suffering, crying or cancer or confusion of mind. Everything about her is fully restored and perfect and every promise and blessing given us in the Scripture, she is now fully experiencing.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 27, 2021 from 6pm to 8pm at Shannon Rufe Snow Funeral Chapel. Funeral Service will be held at Heritage Baptist Church of Mansfield on Friday, May 28, 2021 at 10:00am. Burial will follow at Laurel Land Fort Worth Memorial Gardens at 11:30am.
Angela was born on February 19, 1967 to James and Stacia Clark in Kermit, Texas. In her childhood, some of her fondest memories were enjoying family vacations and visiting the family cabin in Cloudcroft. She loved spending time with her maternal grandfather, Robert Stanton Scott. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Texas Woman’s University in Communication Science and wanted to further pursue a career as an Audiologist, specializing in ASL. She endeavored at every opportunity to teach sign language to all the children in her care in an effort to increase and enrich their communication skills and interactions with others and improve their quality of life.
Angela carved a path in her career as an educator. She loved working with children, and considered being an educator one of her greatest achievements. She was a longtime employee of Bright Horizons Family Solutions, Kids Place. She was the proud recipient of the Joe Torrez Award, as well as many other awards and recognition's for her outstanding service. She loved teaching Sunday School and her children loved her and she will be ever remembered by them as "Ms. Angie". She had a desire to teach the children not just about the Bible but about the Gospel of Jesus Christ and how that story of redemption is found throughout the Bible. Angie had a special place in her heart for anything that required creativity and often enjoyed crafts and tie-dying with and for her kids at school and church. She enjoyed word find puzzles and loved horses and dogs. She loved her many stuffed animals and named each one and had a large collection of Teddy bears.
She met her beloved husband Jeff in 1991. They married on October 11, 1997. She shared pet names with her husband, as a sweet gesture of their love for one another. She will forever be Jeff’s "Punkinbear". He will miss giving her nose kisses, which she so loved. She was a loving daughter, wife, sister and friend, and will be dearly missed by those who were blessed to share in her life journey.
Angela is preceded in death by her father, James Walker Clark, and her maternal and paternal grandparents. Left to cherish Angela’s memory are her mother, Stacia Clark; her husband, of almost 24 years, Jeffrey Jordan; brother, Kyle Clark, and his wife, D'Ann, and their children, Claire and Kalen. Angela is also survived by numerous extended family members and her loving church family.
