Ardella Johnson

Ardella Johnson, age 86, of Forest Hills, Texas, passed away to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, May 5, 2022. Ardella Johnson was born in Redland, Texas to the late Alexander Thomas and Josie Wideman. Ardella was youngest of 7 children. She loved working in her flower garden making it a masterpiece with beautiful plants and flowers which always made her smile. Della enjoyed life and lived life to the fullest. What a wonderful life she had and wisdom that was unmatched on this earth, with grandchildren that still carries her presence. She was a “die hard” Dallas Cowboys fan. Most of all, she was saved and accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. She was loved very much by her family and friends and will be truly missed. In addition to her parents, Ardella is preceded in death by her son, Larry Dewayne Johnson, her brothers Willie and Edward Starks, her sisters Ruby Cunningham, Juanita Rasul, and Clara Waddleton. She is survived by her sister Marie Smith, her grandchildren, Crystal Diggs, Larry Harris and wife Laterria, Keithion Waddleton, 7 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren, Rayne Elise Hardy and Blayire Na’Lynei Mikes, and numerous nieces and nephews along with other extended family members. Her special caretaker, Monica Tarrant.
