Barbara Alice Murray

Barbara was born April 4th, 1945 in Fort Worth Texas to parents Barnie and Doris Roberson. She was a loving wife to her beloved husband of 62 years, Donald Ray Murray. A wonderful mother to her children and cherished Mimi to her grandchildren.

Barbara lived a life full of love, joy, and adventure. She loved to travel and camp with Donald all throughout Texas and Oklahoma. Friday nights for many years were spent square dancing and playing pokeno with her group of friends. But, as a Mimi, she found her greatest joy when she was creating lasting memories with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whether it be camping, making cupcakes, or showing up to every sporting event.

Her legacy of kindness, creativity, and dedication to her loved ones will be forever remembered. Barbara will be greatly missed, but her impact on the lives she touched will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

Barbara, your love and light will continue to guide us. Rest in peace, dear wife, mother, Mimi, and friend.
