Barbara was born on March 18, 1947 in Pinnhook, Missouri to Jap and Mary Parker.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents Jap Woodrow Parker and Mary Belle Dunn; her siblings Johnny Ray Parker, Alfred Gordon Parker, and Mary Elizabeth Wolf.
She is survived by her half-sister Mattie Pearl; her sister-in-law Judy Parker; her daughters Lisa Partesius andTabatha Cummins; her sons-in-law John Partesius and Mike Cummins; her six grandchildren; and her eight great grandchildren, her nieces, and her nephews.
A visitation will be held at Laurel Land Funeral Home of Fort Worth, located at 7100 Crowley Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76134, on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
The funeral service will take place at the same venue on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, followed by a committal service from 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm.
